Product Warranties
- Shingle manufacturers material warranties are from 20 years prorated to a lifetime non-prorated warranty.
- Some heavy wood shake roofs have up to 30 years prorated material warranties.
- Most metal roofs have a 20-30 year finish warranty and lifetime on the panel.
- Wind ratings vary from 60 mph to 110 mph. Please enquire about specific manufacturer specifications.
