Our Commercial and Residential Roofing Process
All roofing projects will take varying amounts of time because roofing dimensions, roof pitch and old roof removal, etc.
Typically, a roof-over (a second roof over the original roof) with a walkable pitch can be completed in 1 or 2 days. A complete roof removal including re-decking (if needed), ice and weathershield, 30lb underlayment, strip in painted metal drip edge with ice and watershield, new plumbing vent flashing, attic vents (if needed), reflash chimneys (if needed), starter courses, ridges, application of shingles and clean up on a walkable pitch roof will typically take 3 or 4 days. Timeframe on a typically sized non-walkable roof with old roof removal will take about 1 week. Commercial projects depend on the size and scope of the project as does siding, soffit and fascia projects. The typical residential siding, soffit and fascia project will take approximately one week. Siding applications also depend on the size of the project, how high this structure, whether the ground is terraced or level, etc. Typical siding, soffit and fascia projects are about 1 week. All of our projects are closely monitored and crews supervised during the process. Direct access to the owner, Scott Pinkerton, is afforded to all customers. And, a final inspection is performed on every job, preferably with the customer. |
